Pre-Fall 2010 Trend: LEOPARD

Let me get back to my fashion roots and say Pre-Fall 2010 was quite nice. It blows my mind that designers are constantly demanded to pull out collections season after season and in between seasons, labeling them "pre-whatever."

My fashionista roommate and I were equally obsessed with Proenza Schouler. But Schouler came a sorry second to the Lanvin's Pre-Fall 2010 collection. Why you ask? One Word: LEOPARD.

Being the creative crazy spontaneous wild stylist that I am, I suggest we pull out all the stops and shoot. Now.*****

PLEASE NOTE: It might be hard to try and distinguish which shoot is which since they are soooo similar. If you have a hard time, just get in touch and I can sit down and go through each look with you and let you know which is our shoot and which is the Lanvin shoot.

"Elbaz took his inspiration from the 'leopard lady.' A real Frenchwoman that the designer and his cohorts often see in Paris, she is by all accounts never without a leopard coat even at the height of summer."
-Nicole Phelps, WWD on Lanvin Pre-Fall 2010

***** The model pictured above has yet to sign with any agency, but if you're interested, depending on if you can afford her rate, we'll talk.
